A financial adviser told the Flower Bluff ISD board the district chieved a below-budget interest rate on its $193 million bond sale and that the state oost to the homestead exemption reduced homeowner bills. Trustees discussed asking voters to transfer $7.43 million in M&O notes to the I&S side to free about $740,000 a year in operating cash.
