As I recall, it was an early experiment with using an acrylic texturizer [probably Matte Gel] to facilitate random texture in the bottom edge of the painting. 1/3
I love this piece! Interesting that it seems a bit more textured compared to your later work. Any reason for this? Just the evolution of your style?
