This is not true. She only had 47 days *as a DOJ attorney*. She’s been a *lawyer* for several years and also attended three years of law school, where these basic ethical canons are part of required coursework. Ken isn’t talking about the DOJ procedures manual, he’s talking about the ethical canon.

Every military person who successfully completes basic training read the training manual that explains the duty of soldiers to obey lawful orders! It explains the duty not to obey unlawful order, under the penalty of law.

I would also add that many people in this group work in white collar industries that lack or ignore many of the basic labor rules that rule manual labor (classic 5 day-8 hour work days, for example). Think law and tech people expected to breach 100+hr weeks a lot of times (and often skate OT)
