The Creek French pirates hid unseen from keen coast guard patrol, such an age old routine, so many years ago. In this quiet wooded creek, a silence so unique. Under the Gateway Bridge and in the industrial estate off Lytton Rd via theCreek Rd intersection, there's an Ibis rookery and many waterfowl for such a small area. Nudgee waterholes near the Bora Ring (my hometown) are usually quiet but lots of wildlife. I hear you about the time situation though :)
