Reversed label courtesy of a young Mad Professor #TheShed
An early release on Ariwa by Johnny Clarke. Reggae Music/Nucleur Weapon with label on the wrong side of what’s a heavyweight slab of vinyl. Handled with care as I feel if it had slipped out of my hands it would have shattered into a thousand pieces

Tulips from Amsterdam🌷🌷

I’ve been advised to store them in a cool place #TheShed
Various packets of bulbs that have found a new home in the shed for a couple of weeks. Perched precariously on top of record boxes - for artistic purposes. Can’t afford for the bass to send them flying.

Having gone to war with a warp compilation and lost, I’m back on safer ground #TheShed
Pressure Sounds Comp called ‘Once Upon A Time At King Tubbys’. Mainly Prince Jazzbo and I Roy throwing insults at each other, but my ears are thanking me. In fairness to Warp, the Comp Wap100 was from 1998 and very much of its time

Are you fed up getting up to turn over fiddly 7” singles, or can’t remember where those single side 12” singles are, then fret not. Soul Jazz will be reissuing them again on a user friendly album or CD #TheShed
5 7” Studio one singles spread out on a turntable. Made up the ‘Studio 1 Dub Plate Special box set’, issued by Soul Jazz records, a record store day release if I remember correctly. Being recorded in the shed to save me a couple of quid

A variety of old 12” singles from the cheap racks at Crazy Beat Records in Upminster. Fine Young Cannibals, Eve Gallagher, Deep Dish and Basement Jaxx amongst others. Time to see if any mixes worth recording
