With recent blu rays of #TheSweeney I'm having another rewatch. Regan, the Armchair Cinema opener, is very good if slightly overlong. It sets up everything to come nicely with Jack's clashes with superiors, chaotic private life & his slightly dodgy actions. George is more straitlaced at this point.

I did a blu ray/DVD rewatch of #TheSweeney in 2025 so wasn't in an immediate rush to get the new sets. Finally caved in and even got series 1 again for the matching set. Just finding the time now to rewatch it.
