I meant to include the daily hashtag of #TheUrbanGaze on this. But reposting it gives me the opportunity to link you to a piece I wrote almost a decade ago, about my exercise regime.

My "Photographer's Gymnasium"

Maybe there's something there that may help you

Is #TheUrbanGaze still on Thursday for #EastCoastKin ?

Here’s a contemplative look at Wanda’s Pie in the Sky in Kensington Market.

A couple for today's hashtag theme of #TheUrbanGaze and Shinjuku, Tokyo, about 9 years ago. Exploring light, reflections and urban abstractions with one of my photography students.

Another pairing of shots for #TheUrbanGaze theme. Both from here in Tokyo. And a fairly good representation of how my gaze on the urban environment works: the wide vistas and the tiny details.

Hope you're all having a good weekend so far. Myself and Charlie did a massive spring clean. Happy days.

Greetings earthlings! I saw an interesting challenge #theUrbanGaze and thought I’d contribute one vista and a relatively close shot. The manhattan view was taken around 2009, the street view in 2017 outside The Spring Lounge.
