I'm reading through another old TV trade magazine (Mediaweek, 11/25/96). I love that this spot for Buffy mostly talks about those Taster's Choice commercials. If you were not around when those aired, it's difficult to describe what a huge deal they were. There were whole news segments about them.
Elite Coffee Break You know him as the seductive sipper in those brewing-affair Taster's Choice commercials. But all that caffeine has had Anthony Head up nights filming episodes of The WB's upcoming Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Head plays "TheWatcher" to (former Al lMy Children temptress) Sarah Michelle Gellar's Buffy ,guiding her vampire- eradicating strategies on TheWB's midseason entry. Winter should be hot for Head: in addition to Buffy, he's booked for more Choice interludes.
