A cripplingly poor self-image and eating disorder... I'd bet money that many people who experience fat shaming end up the same way. Holly bear is approached by a black bear and a panda who seem to know her already. The black bear asks: "Hey Holly! Can we see your pet lizard?". Holly replies with a distracted expression saying: "Unfortunately he's buried today". Both bears come in closer offering a confused Holly bear their condolences. The panda asks: "Oh nooo! What happened?" and the black bear says "I'm so sorry!" while placing a consolatory paw on her arm. Holly bear pauses to process this unexpected response to her statement. Her brain is buffering with a loading symbol and her stare is blank but strained. Grabbing her head in horror Holly understands what went wrong yelling: "WAIT NO!! He buried himself, HE DIGS!" the black bear laughs in response saying"Oh thank goodness!" and the Panda sweats with relief saying: "You scared us!".

The bear minimum (as a newspaper layout comic strip): An adult off screen says to young Holly bear: "Don't put all your eggs in the same basket! Young Holly replies "I won't!" while carrying an armful of eggs, she carefully places her first egg in the 'drawing' basket. The next basket along says 'computing'. 20 years later (spongebob voice) a healthcare professional panda looking concerned says: "You need to stop doing art for work, what other skills do you have?" Holly looks anxious, her paw bandaged "Uhm-" she turns and looks at the skills baskets "Uhhh...." she says while sweating nervously looking at an overflowing 'drawing' skills basket. Time for my annual beat down from the zodiac crew! 🥹🐎 #TheBearMinimum
Holly bear running away from last year's snake which is hissing and tail rattling angrily, covered in little snake bites she crosses the path marker leading from 2025 to 2026. 'Well... that was a pretty crazy year' she says while making her way forward. Stopping for a moment in 2026 Holly bear gestures hopelessly with her paws, looking concerned and sleep deprived says: 'The world has been so tumultuous, to the point where my own personal struggles don't feel like they matter much' Holly bear shrugs, scratching her head ruefully saying 'Surely things can't get any more wild and chaotic'. She is unaware of the large horse galloping up behind her at high speed. Seeming to become aware of something approaching and unable to turn in time Holly says: 'Right?' in a wavering voice, her expression full of false hope and nervousness as that dark horse quickly moves within trampling distance. The hot air from it's snort hitting her back.

When you think of something negative and it leads to another negative thought, until you are in a deep hopeless pit or even a panic attack.
