I've cooked salmon, calamari, Fish & Chips salmon tartare à la minute in a pub (filling in for a few weeks)... prepped 600 pieces of frozen fish/trayed, cooked, portionned... weekly when working as a caterer...+++ shrimp, crab...

We'll definitely have a 🔥 after shovelling & fetch 🥎❄️, but it's gonna be a LONG work weekend as in addition to bartending, I'm doing 2 overnight caterings (packing multiple orders and loading them for delivery)
I'll have a few hours off in between, but start again at 4:30 am.🥱
