I love how Gus simply trots along until we get really close to Bill, and then he increases to 'show-off speed' just until we pass him!

This chicken is a Christmas present for Gus, but I don't really do Christmas and Gus has no concept of Western religions so I gave it to him as soon as it arrived. They've become pretty good pals over the last 24 hours.

A picture of me (some middle-aged white guy with a gorgeous pink vest) and Gus (a rescue dog from the Pendleton Animal Welfare Shelter) standing in front of a Petco in Kennewick. We earned a grant for the PAWS organization and the ceremony took place at this Petco location. Picture of me walking rescue hound Gus inside the Petco. This was his first big social outing since the adoption, with travel and crowds and all.
