Kyabjé Tenga Rinpoche entered paranirvana at the age of 81, in the early hours of March 30, 2012. After his death, he remained, like many other masters, in a state of post-mortem meditation called Thukdam, which in his case lasted three and a half days, or exactly 108 hours.
