I'm torn on that - it's not completely out of the question, in theory, but the things I enjoy reading and writing... hmmmmm...... I could see myself taking particular elements that pop up in the stuff I read, like timeloops or travelling back in time.

If you haven't followed, Hell is Us doesn't give you a map. It tells you if zones are clear, but it doesn't tell you how many threats are left.
Enemies will respawn until you close out their timeloops. Once that is done, respawns stop, and you have to "clean up" the remaining threats.
