#TokuAdvent That's right: I'm saying Kamen Rider Blade again. Nothing changed my life like Blade did. I am its strongest soldier.
#TokuAdvent 22 is early because I'm busy!
22/ What is your fav series ?
A few month ago I would have answered Kamen Rider OOO. And then I finally gave a watch to Zenkaiger. And now the Kikainoid, Stacey, Zocks, Kaito... They all live rent free in my head for now, and forever.

I mean. It's pretty easy. The greatest to ever do it. Our gay boys in chief. Kaistacey from Zenkaiger!

#TokuAdvent I follow Joe's Minecraft streams on Youtube, I recently also followed Tsubaki's VTuber account, and I have been meaning to look into Morimoto's Local Hero career... though I'm not sure what Amano is up to. All other Toku actors jumpscare me. Especially Masahiro.
18/ Which toku-actor have you been following the career ever since you saw them in toku?

#TokuAdvent Personally, I made my best friend binge Blade with me over 3 days, which isn't the most coventional method. But it did work.
My early kr recs are generally Kuuga or Den-o, and ToQ could be a great start for Sentai. My own first Ultra was X, and I enjoyed that, so...

Back on regular posting with #TokuAdvent 17!
17/ How would you introduce someone to Tokusatsu?
I think the best option would be to put anyone either in front of Shin Kamen Rider or Ultraman Rising and see what happen, right? I also thing Zenkaiger is a good entry point sentai wise (delusional)

#TokuAdvent Obviously, I love the Blade cards. Everyone on either side being part of a whole, cohesive deck makes everything feel so smooth to me. What a perfectly fit-together puzzle.

12/ Imagine you're working on tokusatsu. What type of show/movie are you making?
I'd make a Kamen Rider Wizard anniversary movie which only serves to lead into a Koyomi happy ending and a cameo of Kamen Rider Shinobi because he's getting a full on season and no one will stop me

#TokuAdvent I can't remember the most recent exactly, but I know Hibiki brought me to the brink multiple times. It was the perfect series for some of the things I'm dealing with right now.
#TokuAdvent 9 keep the emotional momentum !
9/ When was the last time Tokusatsu made you cry?
In my case its easy to answer... Yesterday? With the last Kamen Rider Gavv episode??? I will not spoil it but. As someone wich struggle heavily with their sibling. YEAAAAAAAAH. THAT EPISODE WAS A LOT.

#TokuAdvent In 2017, it made me a lot of friends, some of which I am still in contact with even on this site. In 2024, it is helping me get through the worst year of my life. Lifesaving genre indeed.
#TokuAdvent 8 is emotional.
8/ How did toku impact your life?
Kuuga saved 14 years old me. Lupatranger helped me gather the courage to come out. King-Ohger and Ultraman Blazar helped me reconnect with my emotions on such a deep level. I’m constantly trying to be better, be a better person.

#TokuAdvent I have yet to drop anything, but I held off on watching Hibiki for YEARS because I knew about the producer switch beforehand. I JUST watched it and... yeah... the switch hurt 😭

#TokuAdvent KAMEN RIDER BLADE. I am obsessed with it, it is my #1 favorite, I am its bravest soldier. I will fight for it forever.
I like Kamen Rider most. The series that began about being literally dehumanized by nazis and still continuing to fight and move forward is important to me. Of course.

My name is misleading. I'm actually first and foremost a Sentai Girl. There is just something for me about... Teammate connection that sentai nails.

#TokuAdvent Kneejerk response is to tell Takumi to communicate better, but when I think about it more, I'd really just want to tell Mari and Keitaro to actually believe in him the way they act like they do.
#TokuAdvent 3 is here !
3/ If you could say one thing, to any character from any tokusatsu show, who and what would it be?
mine is a bit goofy but. I'd probably go and hug Jiro from Donbrothers and tell him I'm proud of him and that's needed and love because dear gods he needs it.

#TokuAdvent Oh, toughie. I joke a lot that Toei had spies on me for Build, since Banjou is almost just like me for real. Bit smarter than he is, though. When I think about it, it's probably Yuuto overall... Yeesh.......

Back with another complicated question yeah? I have a lot of options, but in the no one as ever make me feels as seen as Jeramie. I, too, am an artsy racial ambiguous mess that just really need to be loved.
