niceoise tonnato. had three boxes of IOW toms so thought I’d splat them with that delicious tuna mayo. served with an oven fresh sourdough baguette. messy and delicious 😋

I was in Turin for 4 days last summer and had tonnato sauce 3 times in different preparations
it is also just simply totally inaccurate that only white midwestern americans like mayo
far as i can tell from traveling internationally a lot - the whole world, it loves mayonnaise.
