Oh btw me continuing to liken his behavior to a cat’s isn’t just me. The novelization describes “Agito jumped down without hesitation, rotated slowly and decends, silent as a cat.” When he reaches Toola inside Estoc.
Also he slow blinks at Toola in a later scene
That man is a cat

Interpreting Agito as a masochist is nearly canon imo. Toola as a sadist is not as clear.
But given she got to see Agito knocked out cold, chained spread eagle to the wall, high on tranquilizer, whimpering, barely able to move, losing a fight and very bruised up, screaming in pain,

Well that's an interesting combo. Had to search for Toola-Roola and Todd and you know what, yeah I'm the weird cousin in family gatherings who wears black and is creative.
I don't know if the "boundless energy" is true considering I'm always tired, but I do like to support art as much as possible 💖

I relate to that deeply, though my earlier work was wlw (pre-transition) I still feel strange about how people treat my transhet. I was showing promo art of Agito/Toola to someone recently and he asked “it’s sapphic?” And when I clarified no, he immediately jumped to “it’s Het!?” Said with disbelief

Crucially! Shunack was lying about just keeping him there in prison!! The moment Toola leaves the room, thinking that Agito will be “safe”, disregarding his actual autonomy:
Shunack orders a Ragna soldier to execute Agito, and then he escapes (asserts said autonomy!) and is called a monster for it!
