Today's a special day.
A screenshot from an Instagram story. The main body is a poem by @topherkearby that reads: "Who I am now is not who I once was. This person was built through overcoming insecurities and healing pain. Realizing that I could be better - and then doing the hard work to heal. And it was all worth it. Because now I carry far less hurt from the past and much more hope for the future." My added text reads: "I posted this poem after completing the Compass program three years ago. I climbed out of the deepest darkest place I've ever been and continue to use everything. I learned there. I'm proud to still be here."
