Hi! I modeled an entire toposolid of a larger region to create a site model. However, the topomap that I referred to was in meters... and of course, as the American I am, I assumed it was in feet. So now I'm looking for a way to convert just the toposolid sub-elements to feet without having to recreate/adjust the entire toposolid manually. On this topic, I created my original toposolid completely manually, working from a screenshot via topographic-map.com that I scaled. I had to click along each individual contour line to create sub-elements and adjust their elevation (since it was a raster image, nothing to snap to either). It's too bad there's no way to "pick line" when modifying subelements, even with a file type that can be snapped to. Is there a faster way to do this (3-D modeling topography) preferably for free?
