A day late and a dollar short on this Halloween piece but, hey, it happens. Anyway. King and Mary dressed up as "Teen" (iykyk) and Jill Valentine.

I am DED after these details.

Anyway. King and Mary out shopping after tournament wins.

King and Blue Mary out shopping after tournament fights and wins. Both are covered in injuries and dirt. King is smashed into the cart, surrounded by items while Mary pushes and they’re both smiling. Gods I’m tired.

A photographer at an event interrupts a candid convo between these two so King decides to troll with what she will later call her best impression of Benimaru.

King and Blue Mary being cheeky together, based on a photo of Toni Storm and Mina Shirakawa. They are standing with their hands up against a background that says things such as "Great" "Nice" "Wonderful" and "Perfect"

Hey, artist! Quote one art to promote yourself!

A sample of what I'm about: King and Blue Mary Bestie Brainrot

King and Blue Mary from King of Fighters, sitting on the same ridiculously high stool. King is uncomfortable because Mary's weight on her thigh has given her a dead leg. Mary, meanwhile, is just chillin'

The more things change the more they stay the same. Different hair, less baby fat, and more scars but still besties.

King and Mary, taking a photo together, which has been run through a pinkish Snapchat filter that super imposed the word “Besties” between them. Once again Mary is invading King’s personal space, asking “Whaddup?”

"Mary Ryan, you are fucking unbelievable."
"But…?"
"But I adore you anyway."

The besties at an earlier point in their friendship.

King and Blue Mary from KOF. Both are dressed in street clothes, with King giving Mary a piggyback ride for reasons that will be revealed way later when I finish a future project. Props to The Post Archives for the ref.

An older piece but still a favourite: Mary comforts her bestie after rushing over to her place at some absurd hour because she's in crisis mode.

Blue Mary (dressed in casual wear) is holding King, who is dramatically throwing her head back with a hand across her forehead, in her arms, calling her a "Dork." King is wearing a bisexual pride heart pin and is decked out in the LexHex Mod outfit :)

Finally finished it!

King and Mary doing their best impressions of one another. Originally intended to be separate pieces but ended up leaving them on the same canvas, so... *shrugs*

King and Blue Mary in alternate red and black colour palettes, looking toward each other and mimicking poses the other tends to do. Is that even proper English? Idk, I'm tired. Also, I know I suck at drawing abs; I'm working on it. LexHex King mod enabled here btw. And, yeah, I know Mary's shoes are all black in-game but whatever, this is my house.

Cheers, lads~

Mary and her supportive bestie (AKA a quick and lowkey stupid re-do of an older piece).

Blue Mary, dressed in a blue tube top and jeans, flexing her muscles. In the background, King is yelling, "THAT'S MY WIFE" with starry eyes. There are little stars and sparkles all over the place. Also, I do not care about the imperfections. This was quick and lowkey stupid for a reason.

Something VERY old from the darkest depths of my art files: King and Mary taking a silly pic when they were younger. (You can tell b/c Mary still has her helix piercing and King isn't scarred.)

King, wearing a burgundy hoodie over her dress shirt, holds out a camera while Mary totally invades her personal space while asking, "What'cha doin'?"

A dumb doodle inspired by something I saw at the Bad Place. King protecting Mary versus Mary protecting King.

Honestly, these two are Friendship Goals™ through and through.

Bottle blonde enlists newish bestie (this is when they’re a little younger) to help with dye job, instantly regrets it.

#KOF #BlueMary #King #UltimateBrotp #TotallyPlatonicLadyBros #AlwaysCreditTheArtist
Blue Mary, sitting in a chair in her bathroom, shouting “BB WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING TO MY HEAD??!?!!” at King, who is clad in a wifebeater, pulling Mary’s dye slathered hair apart while grimacing. “I’m not trying to pull but it’s kind of tangled,” she says, before adding, “I told you I’m bad at this shit…” There are various hair dye supplies on the marble counter, and King is holding a pink dye distributing brush in her hand.

CW: Self-harm; blood

(Sorry, but I'm not labeling this b/c the moderation choices are overkill or don't apply.)

That time King discovered her new friend's incredibly dangerous way of coping with depression.

#KOF #KingofFighters #BlueMary #King #TotallyPlatonicLadyBros #AlwaysCreditTheArtist
King and Mary on a bathroom floor. Mary is clinging to King with her head down while several cuts on her scarred leg bleed freely, with one of which much bloodier than the others. Near her leg is a crumpled-up tissue that is covered in blood, and a little sliver of a bloody razor blade can be seen. King, meanwhile, is looking down at Mary, unsure of what to do. Shoutout to AdorkaStock for the pose ref!

Artists! Show an old piece you still love!

*Both versions of this are the only things of mine that I really like, tbh.

King, who has been crying, is resting her head on Mary’s lap. She’s dressed in a gray t-shirt and green shorts that have little cat paws and faces on them. Mary, in a red hoodie and pink star patterned pajama pants, is looking at King and running a hand through her hair. Friendship goals. King, who has been crying, is resting her head on Mary’s lap. She’s dressed in a gray t-shirt and green shorts that have little cat paws and faces on them.
