Hamlet in black & white

Hamlet, played by David Lee Jr., struggles to stay standing. He wears a tank top, necklace, cross on a necklace, and an intricate circlet crown. The photo frames him from the torso up and we can see a fine layer of sweat across his face. Ophelia, played by Martha Merritt, passes out flowers to the audience. She wears an embroidered, ankle-length dress and earrings. Her hair flows in the wind as she walks across the lawn at Paul J. Ciener Botanical Gardens. The Ghost, played by Jen H. Mont, walks across the stage at Congregational United Church of Christ with his upstage hand outstretched. He wears a loose white shirt, looe white pants, and glasses. The curtain behind him is closed. Claudius, played by George Durfee, looks suspiciously at someone offscreen to his right while holding Gertrude, played by Sherri Raeford, to his left. Claudius wears a satin metallic shirt, an ornate cloak, and an intricate circlet crown. Gertrude wears a velvet and satin gown, jeweled necklace, long earrings, and tiara. Gertrude looks down while clasping her hands in front of her. They both stand in front of the wooden stage at Ciener Gardens.

A few of our Shared Radiance players performed songs and monologues at an event at Linbrook Heritage Estate hosted by Martha Yarborough and Lucille Duncan. We love getting out on the town!

Sarah and Taylor sing a duet together in a grand living space. They hold their hands and stare into each other's eyes. Audience members sit and watch. Dominic performs a monologue as Benedick from Much Ado About Nothing. He wears a gold and black coat, a black shirt, white pants, and black shoes. Dominic smiles as he holds his hands to his chest. Three party goers, including Martha Yarborough and Dana Holliday, pose for a group photo over a counter covered in charcuterie.
