As you may have heard, most (not all) of the people who produce Outside magazine (and the website) were laid off on Thursday. The ex-ME has a complete archive of issues going all the way back to the 1970s. If anybody knows of a library that might want to house these, lemme know.

Gravelmap is pretty minimal in my area since we don't have much real "gravel." I use TrailForks a lot though for judging MTB trails.

My Trailforks subscription price quadrupled over a 2 year period, with no notable improvements.
GaiaGPS, rendered flakey by Outside “improvements”, is bleeding users to more reliable apps.

Full version of that slimy rooty trail I posted a short about yesterday. Riding was at a slow pace as I was discovering the trail and the conditions were humid. #mtb #mountainbike #mountainbiking #mtblife #switzerland The trailforks link is in the video description on youtube.
Sort of, but trailforks seems focused on specific sports (outdoor biking/running) rather e.g. workouts, surfing, indoor cycling, tennis. Feels odd to sync those sports via TF. I also suspect integrations will be more limited - the latest sports gizmo will have built in support for Strava, not TF.
