471cc parallel twin, 2024. I am a Honda gal for sure. Dunlop trailmax mission. 50/50 tire, though some argue 60/40. Still, good for pavement or gravel.

Pirelli Angel GT2, Michelin RS 6. These are 100% road tyres. The best you can get. Superb grip in wet and dry conditions.
Others mentioned here (Anakee, Trailmax) are a mix between road and off road 80/20. You love the Mutants, which can be used on gravel as well. Why consider another brand then?

I have the Dunlop Trailmax Missions on my Tuareg. I have been happy with them, I have 4000 miles on them. I don't know how many were on them when I bought the bike. I am going to try the Kenda K6342 DTR tires when the Dunlops wear out. Mostly due to the price.

Ha no worries! I watched it, great long term review of your Vstrom. I actually just ordered a front trailmax raid tyre for mine the day you replied lol. Was hoping to hold out and change them both in spring but my front tire just isn’t gonna make it that long.
