#TransHistoryMatters #ToniEbel

The NPS erasing trans people from Stonewall is wrong and hurtful. Trans folks, especially trans women of color, led the uprising. Erasing that history is dishonest.

I see you, I love you, and your history will not be erased.

5/ This is how fascism wins:

✔️Erase marginalized voices

✔️Control public memory

✔️Rewrite history to justify oppression

This isn’t just about Stonewall. It’s about shaping a future where trans people "never existed." We must fight back.

‪As a white Canadian queer person, Pose made me realize how much I still need to learn. The lives and battles of trans POC are why I get to live my truth today. It’s humbling, and it’s made me want to do better and listen more. Education can truly make for a sunnier tomorrow. ‬#transhistorymatters

🏳️‍⚧️ 🏳️‍🌈 #TransHistoryMatters #transphobie
