TransPlus exist and offer this support to GP services as do the numerous GIC's around the country. There are also numerous expert endocrinologists who would take on the work.

Yesterday a Sheffield gp surgery notified it’s trans patients that they would no longer provide them with hrt, regardless of their transition status. I have many friends who’ve been affected by this, including several post-op, putting their physical health at serious risk.

Hey so if anyone in the tavistock catchment area for trans healthcare gets asked if they want to be seen by the transplus pilot clinic instead, go with them. I called them and reported that my gp was being bad about hrt and they just sent me 5 months worth and put me back on blockers lmfao

hilarious that i had a meeting with transplus yesterday that was scheduled 3 months ago asking me how testosterone is going and i had to tell them "you know funny story about that"
god bless the nhs but when it takes over 2 months of back and forth between my gp and the pharmacy to try to get them to see the letter the gender clinic sent them about prescribing testosterone to me, i v slowly lose the will to function

Just checked and got confirmation that my GP pulling shared care agreements does mean they are no longer prescribing testosterone, even though they only wrote to me about ADHD meds.
And T is through TransPlus, so the NHS GICs.
