My opinion is that if AI is transformational to your work it was not very good before. I'm not talking about finding it useful occasionally - the claim is transformational.
There are basically only two positions in the debate about AI.
1. I’ve barely invested any time in learning how to use it effectively. AI sucks.
2. I’ve invested in learning how to use this tool. Holy cow, it’s transformational.
Position #1 has lower barriers to entry.

My opinion is that if AI is transformational to your work it was not very good before. I'm not talking about finding it useful occasionally - the claim is transformational.

This is why I believe it’s best to run campaigns based on bold, transformational change. You draw swing voters AND inspire new voters to get involved. It’s both good policy and politics!
Swing voters are often characterized as “moderate,” even though every election shows us more and more that they’re really “change voters.” They’re not loyal to any ideology, they want something different, because the status quo isn’t working.

It's not trivializing voting to say that there are some changes voting simply cannot accomplish.
You cannot vote your way to transformational change if candidates committed to transformational change do not exist (or are functionally kneecapped in the party-mediated primary process).

And I think that a human deliberately making transformational works is a lot stronger case for a transformational use than a machine that doesn’t actually question whether it’s transformational and instead just looks at what’s likely to come next.
