Yeah we’re having a huge problem because he’s not disruptive…because I’ve worked really hard for YEARS to give him the tools he needs to be regulated. Getting punished for not traumatizing my child is…really something!

I feel like the overwhelming majority of people are just totally fucking oblivious. Even my own family, who are very supportive of me still read the NYT, and my sister is still a HP fan. It’s honestly too traumatizing for me to try to talk to them or anyone about this at this point. So frustrating

My wife and child can attest to the fact I can never go without facial hair again after I had a beard trimmer incident that required shaving it all off and starting over. It was traumatizing for everyone involved.
