So this is kind of a Lost World conceit, I guess. Val and Rhonda are happily married (we guess; Earl gives lip service to her being "a good woman" and their ostensible rivalry from the first film), which I like. Why not, if they're not back?

Burt was always pretty fortunate to have Heather with him for even a time, I feel. This was inevitable 😬
I still totally care about these characters. I'm a little sad for Burt, even though I'm probably just as happy for Heather, who def has a new man by now if she wants one.

90. Tremors 2: Aftershocks - this film is lots of fun and I ❤️ how this piece turned out. Balance is good, fun colors, I love that garden flower and I find it always works to include taxidermy in a piece. It’d be perfect if the coke can was a little smaller #tremors #artsky #horrorsky #tremors2

I'm sincerely, actually enjoying #Tremors2, fwiw. I did not expect to!
It's a lot of the same stuff, but there are also clever, pleasing subversions. If you're *going* to do a sequel (and you never should), this is how you competently do it, given limitations and strictures.
