I had a sushi experience for the first time last night. Oh my goodness what a delight! No judgement on the tartar.. I ate a piece before photographing lol there was a 4th course i forgot to capture yuuum #TriExpress #Sushi #MontrealEats #GreatFriends
Salmon sashimi in marinade with apple sticks, micro greens and roe. Four tartar pieces, salmon tartar and lobster-crab tartar, on hexagon crackers topped with either sweet potato crisps, radish, jalapeño or a a radish slaw. Plate of six rice paper maki rolls topped with bright pink tuna, vibrant avocado and rich orange salmon, sprinkled with white and black sesame seeds and red roe; of four and cucumber maki rolls filled with salmon, tuna and lobster-crab tartar served with a vinegary sauce, sliced yellow ginger root and wasabi.
