In the original Diaclone line, a Helicopter/Jet triplechanger was seen aside what woud become Blitzwing, presumably canceled for safety/cost concerns regarding its nearly all metal cockpit. It has been adapted into Transformers as the characters Fumes, Rotorbolt and Skyklik.

I feel like some show needs to take advantage of that in some way
Like pick a triplechanger with a very well disguised alt mode
Find a corresponding repaint of that character
Then have them show up completely as normal with no indication that they're a triplechanger the whole time.

By the way their triplechanger second alt. mode is (and would've been for Crossflare and Stormburn too) a bat.

Partly because those helmets remind me of them but also because one of the first #Transformers toys I ever had (besides Transmetal Deluxe Cheetor) was Transmetal Sonar and I love her.

It’s really funny that people act like Megatron not turning into a gun anymore is Hasbro being lazy and not a case of “putting a transforming toy that looks like a gun on shelves for kids is going to be a liability, logistical and legal nightmare that’s not worth the risk”
