The Electoral Count Act allows objections if electors weren’t lawfully certified or votes weren’t “regularly given.” A vote for a candidate disqualified by the Constitution, such as under the 14th Amendment for engaging in insurrection, can be challenged as “not regularly given.”

Trump is a convicted felon, on 34 counts.

Trump is now supposed to be the new Commander in Chief of the military.

However, felons with multiple convictions cannot be in the military -- and they are ineligible for a waiver.

DOJ acts as though the election automatically ends its Trump prosecution.

It does NOT.

DOJ's rule about prosecuting sitting presidents is a rule totally made up by DOJ -- they could and should undo it.

Yes, Trump would shut the prosecution down -- but MAKE HIM DO IT.
