That doesn’t seem right to me. He must have the ability to sell his assets to settle the judgement.
Like if he gets $10m year for his name on TrumpTowrr Baku, he can presumably sell those rights or assign them in exchange for cash.
Or 30% interest in a Scottish golf club, he can sell it. Etc
