Yeh interesting take - same issue with retrofit (TrustMark —> accreditors —> installers)
But… the gap is that TrustMark don’t have the power or resource to chase shitty accreditors. So I’m inclined to give TM or equivalent the clout before creating a state monolith

Three of the major AI vendors (Google, Meta, Adobe) have watermarking tech (SynthID, Stable Signature, TrustMark) that is supposed to reliably "sign" the AI images they make. TL;DR: They are ALL mathematically broken. Error rates are enormous. The tech doesn't work.
