Eh, depends on what it's meant by "computer". There is this very abstract idea of computers (being things that compute). You can build computers out of buckets of water. And most definitely biological circuits can be considered Turingmachine-like. Bits aren't really mental constructs either.

Of is het zo dat ons brein een Turingmachine is (onze interface naar het ding an sich) en dat deze beperking een beperking van ons brein is. Dat we simpleweg niet méér kunnen waarnemen dan zaken die passen in een Turingmachine. Iets complexers kunnen we dan fundamenteel niet denken.
