Even when the lights are turned off, plastic production is always "on."

Corporations and governments must do more than turn off the lights for an hour to show commitment to the earth.

#TurnOffThePlasticTap #BreakFreeFromPlastic #EarthHour

Today was rad:
- went to an environmental art exhibit with husbot
- engorged myself with vegan Caribbean food then sipped a lavender London fog (not pictured)
- walked around the city (forgot to take photos 🫠)
Now gonna chill out in comfy clothes with my guys, eat pineapple, and maybe watch a movie

#FIMC2025, Daphné Lecellier (GEO Blue Planet) & Simon Van Gennip (Mercator Ocean) showed how science drives action against ocean plastic
🌍 Better data + models = better policies. It's time to #TurnOffThePlasticTap
