Tyngsborough conservation commission issues two permits, continues multiple hearings to July 28
At its July 14 meeting the Tyngsborough Conservation Commission approved a negative determination for a failed septic replacement at 1518 Canongate Road and issued a major stormwater management permit and negative determination for a proposed restaurant on Kendall Road; several larger hearings were continued to July 28 for additional peer-review responses and field flagging.
