As a #Type1diabetic I get frustrated every week when shopping for groceries. Everything that is on sale in supermarkets are things I cannot have without using extra insulin. Everything healthy costs more 🤬 Like whole wheat bread. White bread is always on sale but whole wheat bread isn't. 😡
