Thank you! Hmmm interesting. Preservative you say? Figures, they put so much junk in all our food, products etc it's terrible.

May I ask what kind of eye drops you use? I do Prescription MEIBO and Tyrvaya is a nose spray that helps make tears.

What lotions do you like? I've tried so many 😪

I don't know enough about nicotine or addictions to know if this is helpful to say, but I'll say it anyway: Even if it means sticking to nicotine until you're in a place where you can try other things safely. I know of a drug called varenicline (brand name Tyrvaya) which is a drug that also (cont'd)

So...my eye doctor is rad and gave me a 30-day supply of Tyrvaya to see if it helps with my severely dry and irritated eyes (due to likely Sjogren's). She however did not warn me that if it works, it can cause VIOLENT sneezing. Welp, for anyone else trying it out, forewarned is forearmed. 🤧

Christ, I wish my answer to that was no. Currently on Allegra, Lyrica, magnesium oxide, Cymbalta, pravastatin, Prilosec, Wellbutrin, propranolol, Omega 3 fish oil, calcium carbonate, turmeric, Aleve, Tylenol, multivitamin, and a probiotic, daily, as well as Tyrvaya,++

I have what's called Meibomian Gland Dysfunction on top of severe dry eye disease. It means the oils in my eyes and tears don't distribute properly, causing blurry vision. I'm on Refresh Plus OTC drops every 2 hours, a Tyrvaya nasal spray, and have to put a warm

The answer is B, varenicline. Orally (Chantix), it is a smoking cessation medicine. Nasally (Tyrvaya), it is a treatment for dry eye syndrome.

Does anyone use Tyrvaya for dry eye disease? My doctor has me trying it. I don't know if it's working yet, but I don't love taking it.
