TBF, the youngest people still alive who could have voted for it are in their mid-70s. But those of us in public schools in California in the 5-10 years afterwards (and so many of us went on the the UCs or CSUs) we saw the changes in real-time. I hope Jarvis is still burning in hell.

Acho que é pq antigamente as pessoas usavam muito sms e se vc usasse acento a codificação mudava pra UCS-2, diminuindo de 160 pra 70 caracteres por mensagem. Daí era mais econômico usar o h no lugar do acento.
