I'm glad to hear some good political news from the US side. Considering the large influence US politics have on Japan, I'm glad to know the Dems won a majority in the Senate.
I hope the Dems won't fuck it up and they will actually make things better for the American people.

Because the protection Japan has for non-contract workers that leads to this mindset is non-existent in the US. When it’s harder to fire your workers, you inevitably become more invested in their success.
