Our next "fights" wouldn't occur until 1902 and 1985 respectively when we tried to annex the Philippines (note the Paradigm shift) when the Sgt at arms apparently grew a huge pair and neutered all our politicians. No more fights just lots of collar grabbing. Boo. #USHistory #USamericanhistory /4
