There is a SOCOM designation for M855A1+. The round has a 82.5 PSI pressure rating - which would turn literally all current USGI 5.56 weapons into hand grenades with a zero second timer. They don't HAVE guns to test it in.
As such it has not (to my knowledge) been created IRL or fired.
