The United States will send 68 athletes (48 men, 20 women) and two guides to Italy for the 2026 Milan Cortina Winter Paralympics, which officially begin on March 6.

need to be said the NCAA and USOPC changed their rules to be "in line" with an executive order banning trans women from women's sports, not any law or any scientific merit.
In the majority ruling of BPJ vs West Virginia Justice Kavanaugh lays out how the IOC banning trans women at the Olympic level, the NCAA doing it at the American collegiate level, and the USOPC doing it at the national elite and grassroots level does not do anything to stop "sporting opportunity."
