Mint was such a surprise to me. Used Ububtu (felt like a toy to me), Debian, Opensuse and some other distros before. But after installing Mint I felt home immediately

実は、今日のAM2:00頃から、2台のCore i PCのSSD換装＆LinuxMint再インストールを行っているんですけど、1台は何とかなったのですが、もう１台は何度フォーマットして再インストールしても起動しないので「Boot Repair」でブートローダー領域の再生を試みるも上手く行かず。
気が付いたらこんな時間😖
（※画面は「Ububtuの」Boot Repair（参考画面）です。LinuxMintはUbuntuベースのOSなので、両方USBライブ環境からの起動で使えるのですが、LinuxMintの方は日本語表示にならない・・・）
今日は時間切れっぽいので、帰宅後だなこりゃ😵

I only used Ububtu because Mastodon said it's the best distro for Linux non-experts who don't have time/resources to become experts...

Hmm. Isn't it using the system font? I can compile my code for Linux, then I get an Ububtu font. On Android I get Roboto font.

there are definitely setbacks depending on your hardware and distro you choose
youd have to do a bit of research and look at hardware requirements for what you want to pick but Ububtu is a solid choice if you pick it since its the most compatible by far although also has issues (they all do)
