This vid isn't the best key ever - it helps that the background is dark. I think I was using Ultimatte in Resolve for this. But now I generally use After Effects. My only trick is sometimes doing a nice soft key for my head/hair and a heavy key for the rest of the frame.

On the hardware side, kudos for having a 1984 128K Mac, but the Amiga, Ultimatte, and the Quantel Paintbox were also hugely important. And they didn't cover game art at all. I would have had an Asteroids arcade console plus a few important home game consoles. Atari 2600, Nintendo 64, PS1, etc.

I have. You should check out the Retracker Bliss for cost effective tracking. And as someone else said, a hardware Ultimatte for live keying.

Went with the Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink today because honestly, it's the best cheap 12 hour lipstick I own. I need to get about 10 more colors. The CoverGirl Outlast UltiMatte is a super close second, but I think the Maybelline is a little more moisturizing.

Cheap drugstore lipstick of the day - CoverGirl Outlast Ultimatte - paired with Sephora lipgloss in the same shade. Lasted all day, no feathering. Needed one reapply for the gloss after lunch.

Maybelline Ultimatte lipstick is my fave that I’ve tried. I love a good matte lip, and it doesn’t dry your lips out. Blends well too

Honestly your best bet would be to use Blackmagic Ultimatte 12 external keyers and pipe in the unreal engine background into that. If you don't need camera tracking this is the least overhead to clean output option.

With great help from others on a C64 group I got a working process to run DesTestMax S/L (swiftlink version with terminal output) from my 1541 Ultimatte ii+ cart.
A little fiddly and relies on running DTMSL once before opening a terminal for the signal and once after or you miss initial tests.
