#gquuuuuux spoilers / whether it's the "real" gravity of earth or the "artificial" gravity of the colony, they both pull your feet to the ground just the same. earth has its unique wonders (as does a space colony) but it is ultimately not a magical promised land. it is just another place.
gquuuuuux episode 9 screenshot machu stands on the floor of her room in the kabas estate, barefoot in her undwewear. she lifts one foot up and looks down. machu: "This is real gravity..." machu jumps up a short distance... ...then lands back on the floor, knees bent to catch her momentum. machu, expression mildly wondering: "It's no different than in the colony."
