The Trump Administration has made public a fresh set of UFO-related documents, including new photographs, intelligence reports, and 46 previously unseen videos, following requests from Congress. These files, published on the Department of War website, document numerous Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) observed over various global locations such as the Persian Gulf, East China Sea, Afghanistan, and North America. Notable incidents include glowing orb-like objects swarming military aircraft, Tic Tac-shaped UFOs tracked by the US Coast Guard, and unidentified submerged objects emerging from the ocean. One highly discussed entry claims a US Air Force F-16 shot down a UAP over Lake Huron in February 2023. Chilling audio from the 1969 Apollo 12 mission, where astronauts reported mysterious flashes and streaks of light, was also unsealed, although NASA attributed the phenomena to internal visual effects. While the release represents an attempt at transparency, officials note that many of the records lack fully verified chains of custody, leaving questions about authentication. The files form part of a growing public record on UAPs, which has long fascinated both scientists and the public, and aim to provide insight into phenomena previously hidden behind classifications.
