#UnityBreakfast: Primaries are over. Time to focus on beating Trump's GOP in the #midterms. And then Democrats have got to buck the corporatism that has paralyzed them, and start delivering for working class people. That's the only way to counter the faux populism Trump uses to splinter us. #HIPOL
From June, 2016: "Untitled." A full color illustrative recreation of the famous photo of the Hindenburg explosion, but I've drawn Trump's face onto the forward section of the burning dirigible, and added an American flag to the undercarriage where the passengers would be. In the foreground, below the Trumpenburg, is a large fuel tank with a hose leading upward to the bottom of the still barely-floating blimp. The fuel tank is labeled "Hate" and the tank notes it is a highly flammable gas. Trump has a smug look on his face and he kind of resembles a grotesque orange hot dog, the flames from the explosion at his aft lighting his already orange face and giving the whole scene a fiery glow. The background is a smokey purple that contrasts nicely.
