I consider myself very online but this is the first I've seen of the Anakin stuff. X has become its own bizarre little space that seems unrecognisable when I see screenshots shared.

You may remember a few weeks back I acquired Zodgrod Wortsnagga, caked in paint and almost unrecognisable.

Well here he is, repainted and looking grand. Hope you like it!

also: the term has not, nor is it, becoming 'unrecognisable'.

it just doesn't mean 'rain man' which is how 90% of dipshit columnists in the uk view autism.

Under Nicola Sturgeon in 2019, Scotland declared a climate emergency. When the Scottish Greens entered government in 2021, we worked hard to turn that declaration into action.

But since we left government, the SNP’s stance on climate has become increasingly unrecognisable.
The SNP seem more interested in keeping fossil fuel lobbyists happy than tackling the climate crisis, Mark Ruskell writes ✍️

Simon Blake is one of the reasons why the National Union of Students remain a ruined campaigning org, he's already destroyed Stonewall UK too.

This is what he does. He swoops into large third sector orgs, cuts it to the bone until it's unrecognisable & then gets hailed as a charity sector hero.

Excellent long read on autism.

‘The term is becoming unrecognisable’: have the experts who believed in a single autism spectrum changed their minds? www.theguardian.com/society/2026...

There has been a steep rise in the number of people labelled autistic over the last 20 years. Is that down to greater understanding – or overdiagnosis?

I watched my own self get twisted and shaped into an unrecognisable figure for the internet to be mad at by *by both sides* (and only four years apart and ON THE SAME TOPIC). It was literally insane. Insanity. None of it was real. But the anger people felt was.

I'll be happily unrecognisable if it's an improvement! But thank you ♥️

I think it's hard for academic lawyers to know the nuances on the ground, and harder still for students. But any practitioner specialising in a field knows which judges they want on particular issues, and which they pray to avoid.
The SC is now unrecognisable from 2019 - because of personalities.

The Manchester/Salford borderland around there is almost unrecognisable from 20 years ago.

Wouldn't it be great to have a Leeds kit with some faces of club legends on the pattern instead of some unrecognisable architectural bollocks. #lufc

in 24 hours this planet would be unrecognisable due to strategically opened power vacuums which will be filled and emptied and filled and emptied until it is done

Autism: ‘The term is becoming unrecognisable’.

Have the experts who believed in a single autism spectrum changed their minds?

“The term ‘autism’ is too much of a sledgehammer. It’s being used to cover too many things. So … I want to see subgroups."

Cyberpunk 2077 is a great game but also goddamn I wish you could do a lot more customisation visually cyberware-wise. I want those skinny no-foot legs some enemies have, I want fuckass Maelstrom eyes, I want V to be completely unrecognisable

My life today is pretty much unrecognisable from my pre wrestling existence

Latest from me: long read on the autism "overdiagnosis" wars, including a plurality of voices. Currently most-read read thing on the Guardian site www.theguardian.com/society/2026...

As an Autistic person, I am so tired of Uta Frith and the people platforming her.

So @johnharris1969.bsky.social has a big piece on autism, the spectrum & the overdiagnosis discourse in the Guardian. I suggest reading it. It's detailed & thoughtful. John has always come across to me as conscientious, curious & sharp. But I have counterpoints!

About 10 years ago I proposed a motion on immigration reforms. Scrapping the income requirement for partners, letting asylum seekers work etc. I remember standing up in front of my CLP making the case and the motion being carried enthusiastically.

Labour is unrecognisable now.
