If you’re going out. Don’t forget sunscreen. Yes you do need it. I use factor 50 on my face with a factor 50 tinted moisturiser on top. I generally leave my arms for a bit to get some vitamin D but no more than 10 minutes. My mum died of skin cancer that metastasised. Believe me you don’t want this

Off to the skin doctor again this morning - this time for a small lesion on my face (a change from my legs I guess). Cross your fingers it's nothing (just age-related skin change) and not something that needs cutting out. #skincancer #getyourskinchecked #usesunscreen #besunsmart
