you can also circumvent it using an adblock browser extension or userscripts
how to avoid uk age verification on bsky the easy way:
-have the ublock origin extension and click on it then the settings icon
-go to my filters
-tick enable custom filters and allow custom filters requiring trust
-paste the txt in the post ive quoted to the big text field and apply changes

people think neopets is all about nostalgia for childhood and yes that's part of it but also you have to look at it this way. every so often they introduce garbage that sucks that the community has to immediately patch out with userscripts! so in that way it's doubly nostalgic for 2010s tumblr
